Last night we went to the Belen Pizza Hut & we were mighty disappointed. First we sat & sat for quite awhile and finally I got up & asked them at the counter if perhaps things had changed & did we have to come to the counter to make an order. To which the nice kid said "no, but your waiter is in the bathroom". So we waited some more. Finally the waiter came and we ordered a beer off the menu only to be told that beer is no longer sold there. Okay so we ordered water and lemon--no lemons. Then we got salads that left much to be desired. Anyway, the pizza was good, the wings were good and the workers were nice dispite everything but the whole place smelled bad. A combination of gas and or sewer--I couldn't quite make it out. Then there was this shrill sound that kept going off while we ate--very disturbing. I don't think we will be going back. PIzza Hut in Belen was always a nice place to go to--what's up?

My mom & I went into the Belen Pizza Hut a couple of weeks ago. We ordered a spaghetti to go. The spaghetti came to the table with our pizza. The waiter took the spaghetti back and boxed it up. The garlic bread didn't come with the spaghetti. The cook argued with the waiter in front of the other customers & didn't make another garlic toast. The story ends with spaghetti and no bread. No discount, but we did get an offer of waiting 20 more more minutes to wait for another toast.
Basically it was insinuated that we "took" the garlic bread.
It looks like a new crew, because the old crew never gave such bad service.
