The meatball sub was packed with big, flavorful meatballs and fresh cheese on a crispy roll, though the cookie left much to be desired as it was hard and crumbly. During my time in Albuquerque, trying the Tuscany gourmet pizza with a thicker crust option was a real treat, especially with the homemade ranch dressing that truly lived up to its reputation, making it one of my favorite local pizza experiences so far.

Oh boy, if you haven't tried a meatball sub with those massive meatballs and melty cheese on a crispy roll, you're missing out! Now, I have to say, the cookie was a total letdown-hard and crumbly, definitely not what I was hoping for. But let me tell you about the pizza: I had the Tuscany on a thicker crust, thanks to the awesome Iris, and it was a flavor explosion that made my taste buds dance-just divine!
