When seeking vegan options at Plaza Eatery, the choices are somewhat limited but can be easily customized. I opted for the veggie pita sandwich without feta cheese or dressing, and found the addition of olives provided a nice flavor profile. Despite the simple offerings, the sandwich was satisfying, making it a convenient choice for a quick lunch downtown.

Yum Yum Yum in my Tum Tum Tum! Wish they were open on weekends tho :)
