RIM Cafe in South Philly has such a cozy, welcoming vibe with awesome Italian Market-themed decor and friendly service that makes you feel right at home. Their cannolis are insanely fresh and delicious, especially the pistachio flavor, and the gelato pairs perfectly with their rich, decadent hot chocolate or espresso. It's a bit pricey but totally worth it for a sweet treat and a chill spot to relax and soak in some local flavor.
