Le Chantilly bakery is a hidden gem in Albuquerque that never fails to impress. The staff's attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly sets them apart from the rest. Plus, their treats are so delicious, they'll have your taste buds doing a happy dance in no time!

I was extremely disappointed in the fondant wedding cake Le Chantilly made for my son and daughter-in-law's wedding. When I placed the order I was explicit about the detail the bride requested and was assured by Le Chantilly that they could deliver. I provided a written copy of the details (including pictures) and also followed-up with an email with the information. The cake that Le Chantilly delivered was horrible!! The flowers and details looked like cardboard cut-outs a child would have made and nothing like the pictures we provided. I was humiliated when my daughter-in-law saw the cake. I hoped that at least it tasted better than it looked but again, I was wrong. Everyone took a bite and left the rest on their plate. The cake was dry. I was so upset and I will never, ever go to this bakery again!! If you are smart, you will not get caught in this situation. I learned my lesson the hard way. When I complained to the owner, she would not honor my request to refund my money but instead offered a small gift certificate. That's the last thing I would want--more from this place of business!
