I've been eating Bob's Taco Burgers since I lived near the original location 30+ years ago. We live kind of between this location and the one on Juan Tabo, but find this location the most efficient staff. They've never messed my order up, and I always get the chile on the side (good stuff, but I have to put it on based whether it's "hot" or "flaming hot" that day!). Thanks, guys!

Not their original location but very good none the less. Why go to Mcdonalds or Wendy's when you can have something unique like Bob's. Get the Taco burger. You won't be disappointed.

I have been going to Bobs Burgers here in Rio Rancho ever since they opened. We usually get the Taco Burgers with Tomatoes and extra sauce. We go any time the fancy hits us, but we have always gone on Taco Tuesday. We order the same thing every time. Well today (April 19, 2016) and I placed my usual order for Taco Burgers with tomato and extra chili sauce. The young man said my total would be $8.00 plus. I said isn't today Taco Tuesday and he said yes but not for Taco Burgers with tomatoes. Adding tomatoes to your Taco Burger has always cost 10 cents extra. Then today Taco Burgers with tomatoes cost you $1.00 more. I tried to talk with a manager but he would not come to the window. If this is the case in the future (hopefully I will be able to get someone to talk with me) we will take our business across the street to Little Anita's.

Just had the green chili breakfast burrito for the first time and it was amazing!!! I don't know if I'll go anywhere else for breakfast now, can't wait to try the rest of the menu!!!

Always great! The chile is the best , prices are great! all of these cry babies must not be native New mexicans.A green chile burger does not come with lettuce , tomato and onions.If want that all you say is add that , not very difficult understand the menu before you order and complain online. Also who goes to bobs for the customer service?? I go for the Amazing chile ! I have a dog to make my feelings feel better Taco tuesday , Chile dog Wednesday and Taquito thursday(I recommend taquito boat w/ green) are great deals! Bobs is the best fast food in the city if not state i for one will be eating bobs for the rest of my life! and if dont like it more for me !

I've never been a fan of Bob's Burgers but decided to try the green chili burger. I received my burger with out lettuce, tomato, cheese or onions. All I got was meat, bread and chili. I will not waste my time returning the order. I will never eat at Bob's Burgers again.

Eating there over twenty years and they haven't gone wrong yet. chili does tend to carry by location, hotter in the valley. Always pleased and would recommend to anyone needing a chili fix..

We eat at Bobs on Paradise every Tuesday because of our busy Tuesday schedule. the drive thru is always hit or miss. if there is more than 3 cars in line we go in because it is faster to get our food. tonight 2 18 there was only 2 cars so we go into the drive through line and it took over 40 minutes. (unacceptable) and upon getting home with the food they missed half our order! Each week it seems to get worse and the manager is unwilling to listen to comments. I have officially boycotted BOBS on paradise!!!

Always great! Been goin there for 10 years. The green chile is always hot and that makes for a great burger, chile cheese dog or patty melt.

This is the worst services that I have ever experience I know about customer service there #1 without customer no job. Bad bad bad service.Lost a big order that they could not service the order.
