We have enjoyed Nancy Jo's Burgers and fries for a couple of years. We had to go to Woodburn and decided to stop in the Woodburn Store. Clerks/chefs were good. The huge problem was how dirty that place was! The floor, chairs, tables, doors were really un-appetizing! Thought you'd like to know how our experience was.

This place served me raw chicken and told me they would only issue a refund for the sandwich or replace it. Not both. Even after I drove all the way back to the store to prove it was raw. Don't go here if you expect good customer service and properly cooked food. Total waste of money and time.

Best burger, hot dog, and fries I've had in the tri metro area. Great service!
