While traveling, my husband and I enjoy trying out local eateries, so when looking for a dinner spot, I suggested two options to our hotel clerk. She enthusiastically recommended Grandpa's Grill, where we were met with a warm and bustling atmosphere. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and friendly, with the owner's son even stopping by our table for a pleasant chat, making our dining experience truly enjoyable. The menu offered a variety of choices, and the fresh ingredients and well-cooked dishes, such as the green Chile cheeseburger, made it a welcoming introduction to New Mexico cuisine.

Absolutely one the best restaurants in Gallup, Great food, generous portions, and a friendly and helpful staff. They get my highest recommendation!

This place was a good place. Had a bad experience about a week ago though maybe they were just busy so give it another chance. Place was not that busy but still waited for a long time for our meal. My food must have been sitting there cuz it was room temperature food. Don't think I'll be back soon. Meat was tuff, over cook, and to dry
