The atmosphere was lively, with Mexican music filling the air and a bustling bar area. The food was flavorful, with the beef enchiladas standing out, although the lack of chips and salsa was a disappointment. Despite the slow service, the experience at Panz Alegra was enjoyable and worth a return visit.

Want to try a different Mexican restaurant In Gallup. Was planning to place a telephone order And the phone rang and rang and rang and rang and rang. Made about five attempts over a 30 minute. With no answer. If this is an example of their "attentive service", then I'm blowing this one off.

Worst service I have ever received! I went to Panz Alegra for a retirement dinner. The server spilled a plate of food all over a woman at our table and all over my jacket and my Michael Kors purse. She didn't even apologize! I asked to speak to a manager and the women behind the front counter refused to help. She threatened to call the police when I kept asking to speak to a manager. She and two other women made fun of me and the damage to my purse. They were so rude and mean and were complete jerks. Such a low-class restaurant that doesn't care about customer service. Don't waste your time going here if you want quality food and good service because you will not find it.

Been eating out many years on the road and have got to say this is a definite Route 66 treat. You got to try the Carne Adovada plate it is out of this world, coming from a travelers palate and point of view (experience). It is also enough to feed about four no kidding!!!! Hate to say it but this place is under priced. I will be back on the rebound, no regrets.

The red and the green were out of sight with a pleasent atmosphere will be going back!
