My daughter and I dined here for three meals during a snowstorm that left us stranded at the Historic Plaza Hotel for two days. The Mexican cuisine surpassed my expectations, particularly the pork chili stew and the Plaza Burger with chili rieno. The ambiance was charming, the wait staff friendly and efficient, and the food truly satisfying. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious meals and the overall experience, especially considering the rustic charm of Las Vegas, NM.
