The food at La Fiesta is always a hit for me, especially the enchiladas Christmas with extra cheese and the tasty margaritas. While some servers may not be the friendliest, the nostalgic taste of the burgers, tacos, quesadillas, and fresh cut fries always keeps me coming back for more. A local friend recommended the Burnt Tacos as a Las Vegas must-try, and La Fiesta certainly delivered with quick service, fresh corn tortillas, and just the right amount of flavor to satisfy my cravings.
