Great food!

First off, I love the food, but for whatever reason, I can't get a drink refill or a glass of water unless I get up and go get someone. This is a pre-pay buffet, so you pay before you are seated, including giving a tip in advance. I'm going to start declining any tip in advance from now on. I get my own food, so if they want tips, service my table.
