Since Roof Top first open my friends and I have been order the build your pizza. Blue corn crust, house sauce, chicken, Applewood smoke bacon and sundried tomatoes. they are no longer making blue corn crust so I ordered the artisan crust which was described as thin and crisp. Well it was medium thick and chewy white bread, the sauce turned the crust orange. No sundried tomatoes or bacon were on the pizza, just square hard chicken chunks. This once delicious pizza is meh. Will not order it again nor will I recommend the restaurant. I work at an RV park and I recommend everyday,. I will be removing them from our recommendation list.
