I visit Santa Fe four times a year, and a meal at Tia Sophia's is always on my agenda. The breakfast burrito and huevos rancheros are exceptional, featuring homemade tortillas and flavorful green and red chiles that leave a lasting impression. The welcoming staff, vibrant atmosphere, and delicious food make this an unforgettable dining experience that I cherish every time.
