i live in jemez springs and eat here often it is the best place for green Chile enchilada soup but that's not what makes it thrive in the desolate economy of the jemez springs area its the GIGANTIC RIDGBACK CHALLENGE!!!!!!!almost 1 pound of beefy burger, half of an onion, lettuce and one tomato,covered in ketchup mustard 2 pickles and cheese on to buns, not to mention the basket of fries, large drink,and slice of home made pie in under 1 hour, without throwing up.
