The food is so good

As a Puerto Rican, it's really sad for me to have to say how my experience in this place has been the absolute worse. Last week I ordered 2 trays of "arroz con gandules" for our Thanksgiving lunch at work, to pick up today at 11am. When I arrived today, no one knew about my order, there was no rice done! Even though they showed me a piece of paper with my order and information. They were very apologetic, so they offered to make the rice immediately and bring it themselves to my office at 11:50am at no charge. I agreed, provided the address, my cell phone number, my work number, anything for them to reach me. I made my whole team wait until 12:10pm to start eating because we were waiting for the rice. Thankfully, I ordered the rest of the food someplace else because the rice NEVER ARRIVED! No one even had the decency to contact me. This is unacceptable. If you want to succeed in a business, the first thing you need is great customer service. I can honestly say I will NEVER go back to this place and I will NEVER recommend it to anyone.
