Stopped by this restaurant during a road trip and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious New Mexican meal. The service was excellent and the sopaipillas were a great finish to the meal. The portions were generous and the overall experience was enjoyable.

We were disappointed that Rancho de Chimayo was still closed, but that caused us to visit Jo Ann's Restaurant.
This restaurant served the best food we enjoyed during 9 days in North Central NM!
We also purchased 5 lbs of Chimayo Red from Jo Ann, who is a delightful person. This chile goes into our freezer for home use in our kitchen.

Expensive and on top they force a %15 Gratuity for 2 people!... I could see if the food was good, the food is burnt! I wouldn't even give them 1 star if it was possible. Horrible place to eat, we should have walked out!
