We spent a long weekend celebrating our anniversary in Taos, staying in a clean, comfortable, and inviting old-style motel with a freshly updated lobby and soft, bright white linens that made for a restful night. The friendly hosts and decent hot breakfast added to the overall welcoming atmosphere, and despite some retro elements and minor quirks like noisy AC and an odd scent, the experience was enjoyable and felt safe, especially for traveling with small dogs.

During our anniversary weekend getaway, we stayed at a quaint motel in Taos. Despite its retro charm, the lobby is inviting and the rooms are newly carpeted and spotless. The bed was so comfortable, even for someone as particular as myself, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a great value for a pleasant stay and we would definitely return in the future.
