I am a New Mexico native and I have to say that the chile at this restaurant is some of the best chile I have ever had. I ordered the mole enchiladas with a relleno on top because a friend suggested I do so and it was amazing! On top of the food being so delicious, the staff was helpful, attentive and friendly, the atmosphere was fun, and the value was unbeatable. I was so impressed that while I was visiting the Taos Ski Valley I ate there four times, once for breakfast and a bloody mary, twice for dinner and again after I went skiiing for a relleno and a silver coin margarita, which may have been the tastiest margarita I had had in a long time!
