Rubio's has been a family favorite for years, offering authentic Mexican cuisine and a friendly atmosphere. The staff is welcoming, the food is delicious, and the service is excellent - a must-visit in Aztec, NM.

We have lived in Aztec for eight years and eaten at Rubio's many times. The food is great, the service is prompt and friendly, and out-of-town guests love the place.
You can't go wrong with a meal at Rubio's.
