We enjoyed a dinner of three mixed meat enchiladas with green chili, featuring tender ground beef and roast chunks, accompanied by perfectly hot sopapillas drizzled with honey. The open-faced green chili burger, known locally as a "slopper," had a unique flavor, and the fries were crispy outside and soft inside, making for a satisfying meal. The family-run restaurant offers friendly service in a clean, cozy setting, and though the hours are limited and a bit unusual, the flavorful New Mexican dishes make the wait worthwhile.

Came back home(Miami,NM) for a visit, and had to come eat here at my favorite restaurants! Always great food, service, and wonderful staff members who actually care about and respect their customers!

Great food, different from any I have ever had. The green chile has huge hunks of pork and is mild enough for us wimps! The red chile is beef and is hotter.
Leaving for next lag of trip and having one more meal there before we leave!
