I've beeen going here for takeout for over two years and have been part of their loyalty program for all that time. When I walked today I learned that they have lost all my points, 2300 plus. When i asked about that I was told I would have to speak to someone named Anthony. When I pointed out that 2300 points ( 1 Point for every dollar spent, ) I was laughed at like it's a joke. For two years nobody knew how to access the system to reward points earned and now no sooner than they figured it out, it's all gone, not just to me but every customer there. The amount of points/money must be staggering now that customers have a way finally to redeem their awards. I'm not so sure I will ever return. I've seen some pretty slimy things in my 60 plus years, this is right up there.
