Horrible Wait Time @ Chow King in Norwalk Blvd, Cerritos, CA
I ordered one dish Fried Chicken/Canton Noodles on 6/22/21 at Chow King, Norwalk Blvd, Cerritos @ approximately 1:30 pm. I was told my order will take 15 minutes as the chicken was being cooked. After 20 minutes wait, I approached the counter to check my order. I was told, the chicken was still being cooked! Then after waiting for another 15 minutes, I approached the counter again to find out how much longer I still have to wait to get my order. This time, it was the canton noodles being cooked and I would still need to wait for another 7-10 minutes!
It could have passed it up, had I only waited 10 minutes more on top of the 15 minutes I was told to wait in the beginning. But with almost an hour wait, was unacceptable! I couldn't stand it anymore, so I canceled my order @ 2:15 pm. All the supervisor Rom told me was SORRY as she canceled my order. Other restaurants could have compensated me with at least of something for the very long wait I did. But she just turned her back from me after voiding my order! That was the most horrible customer service I ever had in that restaurant! I was a long-time customer @ Chow King, but I will never ever go back to that place again for the kind of service they gave me!
