My husband loves the Potbelly by his office so he started taking me to the one in Olathe. At first it was goo but for the past several months we’ve noticed a steady decline in the food and service. We’ve been in on two or three occasions and found only one employee trying to do everything. Worse, on two occasions, we thought there was only one employee but there was another in the back who finally cane out to help (same guy both times). He was clearly put out...and rude! I think we need to find a different sandwich shop!
