Hands down,"Best burgers" 🍔 in town !

I have been to Retro Burger several times and I have always enjoyed the food until today. I ordered a cheeseburger and Fries. The burger was reheated and so were the fries, I commented on how fast it was today. I usually have to wait but I don't mind. The cook told me they have burgers ready for the lunch time rush it was 3:40pm the lunch rush was long over. They also reheated the fries instead of starting a fresh order. When I called to complain that the food was not up to normal standards the cook got very angry with me and began yelling that he had never heard such a thing. All I wanted was the quality food I normally would get from there, but since he was so angry I insisted he refund my money, and had him drop it off to me. I don't go to Burger King, Mc Donald's, or Wendy's because the food is always reheated. Retro burger was my new burger place until now. I would have had him make me a new order until he got upset. You can't trust a pissed off cook in any restaurant!!!/.//

Great food

This is my favorite burger place in the area. I always get the cheeseburger special, which is a well-cooked burger made to order, fries, and a soda or bottle of water (I prefer water) from the standing cooler. The place has always been clean and friendly when I've been there.

First visit on 9/12/18, disappointed with burger that appeared to have been grilled ahead of time. It was overcooked and hard on bottom. Fries was thin and hard. I always give second chances. I hope sanitation is a priority cause cooks hands touches everything.
