Awesome food and service.

Prime rib here is awesome, but....
5:30 reservation for 12, 6 hungry tweens and teens. Food, 7:45, excuse, folks all ahead of us phoned in their orders. There were at least 6-7 tables that arrived some 40-45 minutes after use ating. 12 yr olds asked party of 4 at the table behind them; they came 20 minutes after us and were eating right away, and they said they had NOT called in their order. My normally easy going son-in-law came unglued at 7:30. I've never seen him so mad.

We did have some funny moments after the sh-t hit the fan so to speak. Our son was in the kitchen next thing we knew finding out where the food was and what the h___ was going on. We about died laughing.

The waitress had the nerve to say when she asked us at 8 PM if everyone had their food and I said not him., pointing the son-in-law. She was unapologetic and said "oh he didn't want his". I replied "well I don't blame him and she says "do you see all these people?" We were there 2 hours before 1/2 of them and she didn't even seem realize it. Never will return.
