There's this awesome diner in Minooka that serves both Mexican dishes and classic breakfast favorites, and everything I tried was delicious with friendly, attentive service that kept my coffee cup full. The portions are generous, the food tastes homemade, and it's a great stop if you're driving along I-80 or just want some solid comfort food.
