I don't know what's worse, the food or the service! Both are awful!

One of the worst Steak Houses I have ever experienced. Food was lackluster to say the least. Service was even worse. Waited over an hour for our food. Would be no big deal if it was packed. However, it was not. Numerous patrons ordered after us and departed well before we even received our entree.
When I visit New Orleans again, I will by no means eat at Saltgrass again.
