I am a huge fan of oyster stew and crab soup, having enjoyed them at various locations across the country. The cream of crab soup I had on Smith Island was simply outstanding, made with fresh crab meat and a rich blend of ingredients. Recently, I discovered Shore Boys soup, including their oyster stew, which is by far the best I've ever tasted. Give it a try at Dawson's Market in Rockville, MD, and you won't be disappointed - their soups are truly excellent and worth every penny.
