I had the pleasure of trying the BBQ at a gas station food mart recently, and to my surprise, the service was quick and the ribs were meaty and well-seasoned. While I can't claim they were the absolute best I've ever had, I was genuinely impressed with the quality, especially for a stop along the interstate. The pulled pork breakfast sandwich was a standout, with generous portions and a delicious combination of flavors. The service may have been a bit slow, but given the circumstances, the staff did their best, and I left satisfied and eager to return if I find myself in the area again.
