The portions are generous, and the flavors are outstanding, particularly the P&M Burger and mac and cheese, which are among the best I've ever tasted. On a rainy day in downtown Binghamton, I discovered a bar offering a $5.99 lunch special featuring fried chicken, pulled pork, and delicious sides like sweet corn bread and well-seasoned collard greens that left me thoroughly satisfied.
