The fish and waffle chips were so good I had to try them after seeing someone else dig in, and the fresh oysters and buttery salmon handrolls sealed the deal for me. With quick service, lively vibes, and a fun atmosphere that reminds me of Seattle's fish markets, this is definitely a spot I'll be circling back to when hunger strikes again.
