Cruising on the Detroit Princess was a chill experience with stunning views from the upper decks, though the occasional whiff of pot aroma kept me on my toes. The Motown band had me tapping my feet, but sitting right in front of the speakers was a bit like a concert turned volume apocalypse, so I escaped upstairs to soak in the scenery instead. Food-wise, think lukewarm buffet basics rather than gourmet, and the bar service was a slow-motion comedy with just two bartenders struggling to keep up, but the friendly staff and smooth ride more than made up for it.

The cruise provided a relaxing and beautiful experience from the upper decks, although there were occasional strong pot aromas. The food was decent, but not exceptional, and the Motown music was enjoyable despite being too loud at times.
