Located near 169 and I-70 on the Kansas side is Taqueria el Poblano, a corner store grill and market serving the working-class neighborhood behind the Shell gas station on 169. The menu offers a variety of flavorful options, including chilaquiles verdes con carne y huevos, enchiladas en mole poblano, and delicious tacos al pastor and carne asada, making it a great spot for Mexican cuisine enthusiasts.
