I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious power bowl with quinoa, edamame, and sweet potato at the Discovery Center, especially since I usually find resort food disappointing. The cafe at Callaway Gardens offers tasty, filling meals like cheeseburgers and chicken salad sandwiches with great service, a lovely lake view, and reasonable prices that made me glad I didn't bring my own lunch.

The Discovery Center offers a new vegan option that I found quite enjoyable, featuring a power bowl with quinoa and a variety of vegetables like edamame and sweet potato. During my visit to Callaway Gardens, I appreciated the pleasant atmosphere, especially with the outdoor seating overlooking the lake. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, including delicious burgers and a flavorful dill chicken salad sandwich, making it a satisfying experience overall.
