My boyfriend and I ordered delivery from this restaurant for dinner last night. We spent $52 including tip. I order ranch with my hot chicken strips and paid for a extra ranch, neither came with our food and the fries were super soggy. My boyfriend called about the ranch, it may sound trivial but $52 is a lot of money and you should get what you paid for, the restaurant said they would call the driver. 45 min later, still nothing. My boyfriend called back and they told him it wasnt their RESPONSIBILITY!!!! I didnt order from a delivery service, I ordered from the restaurant!! They gave my boyfriend a number to call that was only a bunch of ads!!! Completely disappointed!!!! I work in food services and I would never tell a customer something is not my responsibility!! You find a way to fix it!!
