Ordered one of the most expensive items on the menu (ribeye), and it came out with at least 2 long black hairs on it...server took it back without hesitation, and the manager came out to say a new one was being made...second one was overcooked, and I told the manager so...Sure enough, nothing was comped (not even an appetizer). I told the waitress that was unacceptable, so the manager gave half off my wife's meal (a $7 value)...nowhere near the cost of my steak or time wasted waiting while everyone else finished their meals. Even told the waitress to tell the manager to go F himself because I was so displeased and to get my point across (nothing against her, she did great!)
The best part is that my wife told me not to complain when I told her I wanted to give this place another chance (after multiple unsatisfactory visits)...I really wanted it to be worthwhile because the food TASTES good, and the ambience is good, but the SERVICE IS THE WORST IN SAN ANTONIO!
