Torizen serves traditional Japanese food and everything I order here has been consistently fresh, well prepared, tasty and totally clean and healthy! I've tried almost every ramen soup here and thankfully at dinner time you have the option of ordering half portions of ramen soup so you can have room for an appetizer or hand rolled sushi which is fresh and sweet tasting! The soups here are truly home made and lunch time can be just as fun with their bento box options just to break up your afternoon. This restaurant is quite popular on a Saturday evening so my best advice is to make advanced reservations on Friday and Saturday nights or be here for dinner at 5pm so you won't be waiting so long to be seated. Hot green tea is free and because it can sometimes be busy here the service here is still good but you may have to get their attention when they are taking care of a full restaurant of people. I'm so thankful I live within walking distance of this authentic Japanese restaurant. The food here is always exceptionally delicious and there are new menu items daily if you are seeking to change your options
