Dinner on a Friday night was an adventure in patience and flavor-cocktails at the bar while waiting gave me a front-row seat to a bourbon collection that could make a whiskey lover weep, and when the table was ready, the warm, shiplap-paneled room with its deer head and giant American flag made settling in feel like a cozy lodge retreat. The pork chop, paired with chutney and cheesy grits, was a juicy, mouthwatering masterpiece that had me dreaming about leftovers, while the service warmed up from slow to spot-on, though the unexpected drooling dog in the foyer was a moment that tested my dining zen.

Since first finding this wonderful place, it's our favorite place to go. Love eating at the bar. Best barbeque around!! Going there for MOTHERS DAY! (My son said to pick my favoriye place!)
