The fried whiting, plantain, and cabbage at Vasachy's were incredibly delicious, each bite bursting with flavor and warmth. The personalized touch of made-to-order dishes and the friendly conversations with Vasachy himself created a comforting and memorable dining experience that I can't wait to relive.
