We supported Verde all through Covid as regulars. I was shocked to find out that today they decided to take there phone off the hook because they were simply too busy. I tried to call them for over an hour. So I drove to the restaurant and was turned away to place a carry out order. I watched other people take out orders but I was denied service. They explained if was Cinquo Di Mayo and were too busy for my business. I was shocked and just may not return. The "young boy" at the front desk should be trained on customer service and how to talk to people, especially loyal customers that frequent every week. Very disappointing!!
