i had a $18.00 lobster roll i choked on it / it was horriable . u have one hell of a nerve to serve this crap .. NEVER AGAIN !!!

Nice interesting atmosphere, noise was average for a restaurant. We were a family of 5. Expect to bring plenty of money as the prices are outrageous for the portion of food you actually get. The food was average with good taste and preparation along with presentation. However, the portion sizes were half of a deck of cards, meals are very small on the dinner menu. The were chincey with the sides that came with the meal. We felt rushed by an unpleasant waitress who seemed to rush us and could not remember who ordered what food and was slow on getting our beverages. She put a basket of 3 rolls on the table the size of a golf ball. Don't plan on taking leftovers home because you will leave the Puttneyville Grill hungry. Our bill was just a little over 300$ a very high price as you don't get what you pay for and they had run out of meals we wished to order, by 6:30 in the evening and we had reservations. A disappointing meal for Mothers Day. This restaurant definitely miss- represents it's self. I would choose Hedges, Richardson's Pub or the Eastman Grill any day over the Puttneyville grill.
