please let me start by saying I am NOT looking for free anything. I'm just a customer that needs to voice my opinion about the Westford St, Tyngsboro location. Wow, I purchased 6 donuts at 11AM today 3-2-21. The employee was wonderful. Smiling, patient and had a great personality. The donuts were horrible. With the exception of one (butternut) they were all stale. The 2 jelly filled ones looked like someone or something had nibbled around half of the outside corner and it was so stale, not at all like I am use to. I also purchased a chocolate frosted, hard as a rock, a french and a cream. All of which were stale.
Sorry for the bad news
