Cafe Normandie is a wonderful French cafe in Naples Fl where service is perfect, food wonderful and atmosphere delightful. How you can give it a 3.4 star rating and not show the reviews, tells me that perhaps you have never had a review of Cafe Normandie . Your sight is questionable.
