Carbo's in the Chicago land area serves up fantastic bar food with a classic wings menu and great sauces, especially during their $12 wing special on Mondays and Tuesdays. The portions are generous, leaving me stuffed after enjoying 6 out of the 10 wings that come with fries. The overall dining experience at Carbo's is excellent and worth every penny, making it one of the most underrated spots in town that I always enjoy revisiting.
