Shame on your employees for not being on top of things! They start dishing out the rice then set it aside to get cold because the main dishes of food are not ready. It's the busiest time of the day get your game on! People are waiting in line and in the drive thru. This was...was my second and last te there. Hire a staff with smiling friendly faces, not ones that look like it's painful to work there. Where's the hustle? It's fast food! Have your food ready to serve, and serve it hot!
