The ribeyes at Santa Fe in Hammond were cooked to perfection and had a delicious smoky flavor that surpassed other steakhouses. Despite a slight delay in service due to understaffing, our server Ava was enthusiastic and sweet, making the overall dining experience enjoyable. The 9-ounce filet and fresh salad were highlights of the meal, and the attentive service from Ms. Melissa truly enhanced our visit, making it a memorable dining experience worth revisiting.

I wish I could give 0 stars. First off, we got our table pretty quickly. But the food was a mess! The burger ordered for my nephew was raw in the middle, I can tolerate a little pink, but that wasn't cooked at all. The rib was hard and dry. My salad had the a whole long hard root from the Lettuce or whatever it was. I've never seen anything like it. The manager agreed with me. The waitress was ok, even though she forgot our utensils, but it was an honest mistake, she go from table to table so it's understandable. I'll never go back there again.
