Very rude owner. The guy is very unprofessional and does not know the basic rules of customer services. I have his text messages about the way he treated me when he indeed had made mistakes out of carelessness. Anyone would like to know that, I could share those text messages with them. If you have an important event and/ or rush order do not trust this guy.
