I enjoy visiting the family-owned chip wagon in the Canadian Tire parking lot on Ogilvie road for their delicious poutine. The friendly owners and fresh ingredients make the experience worthwhile, even though the portion sizes and prices can be a bit of a drawback for regular visits.

I went to fry thyme last week (sorry for late review) and let me start off by mentioning this is the second time I go there and have a bad experience. I was outside the chiptruck looking at the menu and then went in, I was looking at the menu but I couldn't see some of the items that were listed outside so I simply asked where the menu was and she answered me very rudely saying "it's right there" "what do you want???" So it through me off guard . I wasn't expecting to get answered like that. I said "you should probably be nicer to your clientí¨le" "I don't think I'll come back here" - she decided to scream (wife of owner?) blond older lady- she said "get out of my store" "I don't want to serve you" ...
I've never been treated like that by any other chipstand . There's so many other small business (chipstands) who can take over without treating customers the way Fry Thyme does. Horrible customer service . I will never recommend . Want chipstand ?? Drive 3 mins up Ogilvie and go to the one on Cyrville near value village .
