I recently enjoyed a delicious chicken burrito at a reasonable price, with a tasty sauce that had a slight sweetness and hint of heat. The portion size was very big and filling, loaded with veggies and rice. Despite some poor reviews, my experience with Simon's food truck at a private event in Vancouver for 50 people was outstanding, with guests raving about the flavorful and varied menu options.
